We have a 24 hour cancellation / order editing policy. If you need to make any changes to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. The cancellation / order editing policy does not apply to engraved pieces.

At this time we do not offer gift wrapping. However, we plan to offer wrapping options in time for the holidays. Please check back.

We sell on pre-order to reduce waste. Many of our products are manufactured according to how much interest there is in each specific style. Pre-order means the wait time on receiving your order will be longer, while in stock means the item is here with us and is ready to be shipped now. Learn more about preorders HERE.

How does pre-order work?

Gold vermeil is a type of high quality gold-plating over a solid sterling silver core. There is some variety when it comes to the quality of gold vermeil, in relation to the thickness of the gold. We are proud to offer the highest quality in gold vermeil with a minimum 2.4 micron count, and an 18k gold standard.

When not in use, we recommend storing your jewellery in the cloth bags we supply with each order. It’s easy to keep your favourite pieces looking like new with occasional use of a polishing cloth, or in certain cases– cleaning small nooks with a brush. Avoid wearing jewellery during high impact or physically strenuous activities to prevent accidents, or loss. Check out our ever-growing collection of care guides and tips here.

We offer a digital gift card option on our shopping page (or find it quickly, here). Our gift cards start at NUMBER and go up to any amount. They don’t expire and can be customised with a message before emailing to a loved one.

Select the Gift Card option at checkout and enter your gift card number to be credited toward the total cost of your purchase.

Discount codes can be applied at checkout via the discount code box on the checkout screen. We issue discount codes during sales, and well as with other special offers. Entering an active discount code at checkout will take a percentage off your total order price.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We ship via Royal Mail. Expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days.

Log into your account and  select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive your tracking number via email. If you haven’t received a tracking number, your order may still be processing.

We offer free 30-day returns for customers within the UK. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the UK.

A return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up. 

Once the item is received, a full refund will be credited to the card used in the original sales transaction, minus the delivery and return shipping changes. 

Please note: We aim to process all return orders within 14 working days, but in some cases this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year. 

In order to qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage.
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
  • Individual items from a set can not be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange. These must be returned as a complete set.

The below items are NOT  eligible for return:

  • Engraved products
  • Gift cards
